Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop customized applications on the
ServiceNow platform
including workflows, UI actions, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and data imports.
Implement and manage
ITSM modules
such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
Work on
ServiceNow modules
such as ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, or CSM depending on business requirements.
Develop and configure
ServiceNow Integrations
(REST, SOAP, MID Servers) with external systems.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, change management, and release processes.
Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews for quality assurance.
Ensure the platform follows
best practices for security, performance, and scalability
