Experience Required:
A3 Level: 5 to 8 Years
A4 Level: 8 to 12 Years
Note: Candidates from Andhra Pradesh / Hyderabad and JNTU pass-outs will be required to work in hybrid mode (from office).
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow applications, especially UI/Portal using UI Builder, Seismic, and reusable components.
Build REST API integrations, advanced scripting, and Flow Designer configurations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, design, and solution development.
Develop responsive and scalable web applications using JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS / React).
Maintain high-quality coding standards, documentation, and best practices.
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Application Development experience.
Experience in at least one module: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SecOps, CSM, SPM, HRSD, or GRC.
Strong expertise in App Engine, Studio, UI Builder, Workspaces, Integration Hub.
Proficient in JavaScript, workflows, integrations, and scripting.
Ability to work independently under tight timelines.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
