Job Description

Lead the overall technical roadmap and architecture for ServiceNow implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with IT and business strategies.

Develop comprehensive architecture design specifications and documentation, including technical and system diagrams.

Provide expert technical leadership and guidance on leading practices, platform capabilities, and design principles.

Lead, mentor, and guide development and administrative teams through the project lifecycle.

Design and implement strategic architecture across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, FSM, CSM, and ITOM.

Define and document technical architecture for integrations, data flows, and API integrations with other systems.

Provide technical leadership for the entire platform lifecycle, including customization, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.

Drive improvements in operational efficiency through high-quality Servic eNow implementations and workflows.
