Job Summary (List Format) for ITSM / CMDB / ITOM Role:
- Over 10 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Mandatory hands-on experience with ITOM Event Management module integrated with CMDB.
- Expertise in ITSM processes and best practices.
- Proficient in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) modeling.
- Deep understanding and implementation experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Skilled in integrating systems using Integration Hub and Service Graph Connector.
- Strong background in Telecom Service Management, including:
- Telecom Network Inventory
- Telecom Order Management
- Telecom Service and Operations Management
- Experience with Vulnerability Response processes and tools.
- Capable of custom application development using ServiceNow App Engine.
- Demonstrated experience in solution design and architectural planning.
- Proven ability to create client proposals and present solutions.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
