Responsibilities:



Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.*
Configure and customize ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules to meet business requirements.*
Manage user roles, access controls, and data integrity.*
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.*
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.*
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.*
Support upgrades and new module implementations.*
Provide training and documentation for end users.*

Required Skills:



Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university*
Minimum of five (5) combined years direct experience with support of ServiceNow as a ServiceNow Administrator (preferably in a healthcare setting)*
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.*
Strong expertise in ITSM, CSM, and CMDB modules.*
Experience with ServiceNow configuration and customization.*
Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and governance.*
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.*
Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technology*
Strong written/verbal communication skills and must be capable of maintaining superior customer relations in a fast-paced environment.*
