Job Responsibilities:

Promote and increase the inflow of vehicles to the workshop. Conduct customer follow-ups for periodic services, free services, and due reminders. Handle service campaigns, service camps, and customer engagement activities. Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers. Generate leads for service bookings and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract). Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams to ensure smooth customer service. Maintain and update customer database and call records. Handle customer feedback and ensure satisfaction. Prepare daily/weekly reports on marketing activities and vehicle inflow. Support in conducting local promotions, door-to-door campaigns, and corporate visits.

Required Skills:

Good communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of automobile service operations. Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Two-wheeler driving license preferred.
