We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Service Marketing Executive
who will be responsible for generating business for the workshop through service follow-ups, customer engagement, and lost customer activation.
Key Responsibilities :
1?. Service Marketing - Business Generation
Call customers for due service, missed service, and periodic maintenance.
Follow company standards while answering calls and sending service-related messages.
Offer service appointments and maintain next-day appointment schedules.
Handle customer queries; escalate concerns to CRM/Works Manager and ensure timely closure.
Promote Value Added Services (VAS) through tele-calling.
Work with CRM and Works Manager to plan campaigns to increase workshop revenue.
2?. Lost Customer Marketing
Analyse lost customer cases and prepare action plans with CRM and GM-Service.
Update incorrect contact details in DMS.
Carry out customer reacquisition as per the defined plan.
Recruitment Profile Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma/+2
Customer-handling experience will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹144,000.00 per year
