Generate leads for accident vehicles, denting & painting, body repairs, and insurance renewal claims.
Coordinate with surveyors, insurance agents, breakdown vehicles, and towing partners for accident case referrals.
Track accident-prone zones, police stations, workshops, and garages for potential leads.
Build tie-ups with corporates, taxi operators, fleet owners, logistics firms, and travel agencies for bulk accident repair & insurance tie-ups.
Establish relationships with Smart City vehicles, government offices, and commercial vehicle pools.
Maintain and follow up with customers whose vehicles are in process, quotation stage, or negotiation.
Explain repair estimates, paint quality, warranty, and TATA genuine parts benefits.
Conduct post-service follow-ups to enhance retention and promote AMC & service packages.
