Establish relationship with all DICV customers in the dealer territory
Collect suggestion for improvement from customers on infrastructure, service process and manpower standards of the workshop
Promote the workshop as single window contact for after sales support for the customer
Promote sales of 'value added services' like Service Contracts, Extended warranty etc
Prepare report on after sales activities and workshop initiatives for competitors in the territory
Actively support Service campaigns/Recalls in the dealer territory
Educate customer on changes in DICV policies and systems
