Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused

Service Marketing Executive (Female)

to join our team at

Roverz MotorBikes, Alappuzha - Kalarcode

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our service offerings, engaging with customers, and driving service bookings to enhance customer satisfaction and service growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and market the company's service facilities to existing and new customers. Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments and follow up after service completion. Maintain good customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct telemarketing and outreach campaigns to boost service intake. Support the service department in achieving monthly performance goals. Maintain proper customer records and feedback data. Assist in service promotions and marketing events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Marketing or Business). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM, etc.). Ability to work well in a team.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in service marketing, customer relations, or a similar role. Experience in the automobile sector will be an added advantage.
