Overview:

Service Manual/Parts Catalogue/Owner's Manual Illustration creation
Responsibilities:

General Operation:

Handle all technical issue for each job and give direction to team members in order to create appropriate deliverables.


Communicate and negotiate with business partners.

KPI:

Create deliverable which meet FTR & OTD target.

WL/WF:

Estimate required Work Load.

Quality:

Perform Quality check for deliverables.
Analyse root cause of error, and establish countermeasure.
Check effectiveness of countermeasure.

Standardize:

Develop standard procedure & process workflow.

Productivity:

Perform productivity improvement.

Skill / Training:

Grasp own level of skills & competencies.


Learn required knowledge for each job and share it to Junior.

Benchmark:

Prepare information for Benchmarking.




Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
Essential skills:

1- Part catalogue authoring , handle the new event, running change, market inquiry,weekly meeting slide preparation (project management activities)
