Job Description

Ensure all customers vehicles are completed for delivery at the time promised. Analyse repeat jobs (internal and customers reported) and implement countermeasures for improvement. Monitor job quality through quality control inspections, reports and complaints (PSF/General). Ensure continued dealership profitability through correct loading of the workshop, based on service capacity and manpower productivity. Submit timely and accurate warranty claims in line with the warranty policies and procedures. Organize camps/customer meets to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure that the workshop operation meets the requirements of the local environmental authorities. Understand and implement all MSIL warranty policies and procedure manual and other policies. Reconcile warranty payments against the warranty ledger and monitor goodwill warranty cases. Training of the workshop staff as per requirement.
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Min 4 years in the same field

Salary: Up to 35000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
