Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HVAC service department, including service technicians and support staff.
Plan, schedule, and assign service jobs including installations, preventive maintenance, and breakdown calls.
Ensure timely and quality execution of all service-related activities.
Handle customer escalations, resolve technical issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
Prepare and manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and warranty claims.
Monitor inventory and availability of spare parts and tools required for service.
Train and guide the service team on technical upgrades and troubleshooting techniques.
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate with sales, project, and accounts teams to streamline after-sales processes.
Requirements:
At least 2-3 years experience in a managerial/supervisory role in HVAC Industry.
Knowledge of various HVAC systems and controls.
Strong leadership, team management, and customer-handling skills.
Ability to read HVAC design drawings and technical manuals.
Proficiency in MS Office and service reporting tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling B2B clients.
Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems for service management.
