Job Description

Service Manager:



Manage and oversee daily service operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Supervise, train, and motivate service staff to meet performance goals. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide quick, effective resolutions. Develop and implement service procedures, policies, and standards. Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with other departments (sales, operations, technical, etc.) to ensure smooth workflows. Manage scheduling, workload distribution, and resource allocation.

Customer Care Manager:



Lead and manage the customer care team to achieve service excellence. Develop, implement, and monitor customer service policies and procedures. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution. Track and analyze customer service metrics (response time, resolution rate, satisfaction scores, etc.). Conduct regular training and coaching sessions for team members. Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to improve customer experience. Prepare reports on customer feedback, service performance, and team productivity.

PDI In-Charge:



Manage and supervise the

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

process for all incoming vehicles. Ensure vehicles are inspected for quality, safety, and compliance before delivery to customers. Assign tasks and monitor the performance of the PDI team. Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation. Coordinate with the sales and service teams for smooth vehicle delivery schedules. Identify and resolve any issues found during the inspection process. Ensure adherence to company standards, manufacturer guidelines, and safety protocols. Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and consumables required for PDI.

Parts Manager:



Manage and supervise the daily operations of the parts department. Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock, ordering, and tracking parts. Ensure timely availability of parts for service, repair, and sales requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturers. Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, credit terms, and delivery timelines. Implement effective inventory control systems to reduce shortages and excess stock. Collaborate with service advisors, workshop technicians, and sales teams to fulfill parts requirements. Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, warranty policies, and company procedures.
