Job Description

Supervising and managing the automotive service technicians and staff Overseeing the inspection of automobiles and approving or disapproving repair requests Establishing and maintaining a good relationship with customers Addressing and resolving customer complaints regarding services and charges Monitoring inventory levels and ordering parts and supplies as needed Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote automotive services Assuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as safety and environmental laws and regulations Setting and managing the budget for the service department Planning and organizing work schedules for the team Training and developing employees, and keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and trends
