Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily service department operations, including job scheduling, workflow planning, and productivity
Lead, guide, and supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff
Ensure timely, high-quality vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance
Drive service revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets
Handle customer concerns and complaints to ensure a superior service experience
Manage workshop tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory
Ensure compliance with OEM standards, safety norms, and company policies
Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance
Monitor key performance indicators such as TAT, repeat repairs, and first-time fix rate
Coordinate effectively with sales and spare parts teams for smooth operations
Key Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Strong understanding of workshop management, diagnostics, and service processes
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-handling skill

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
