Our dealership is engaged in the sales, service, and genuine spare parts of construction equipment such as excavators, backhoe loaders, and wheel loaders. We serve customers across West Bengal with a strong commitment to quality and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership:

Manage, guide, and motivate the service engineers, technicians, and field staff to meet departmental objectives.

Customer Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requirements, complaints, and feedback. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.

Service Operations:

Oversee day-to-day service operations including preventive maintenance, breakdown support, field service, and workshop repairs of Tata Hitachi construction equipment.

Coordination with OEM:

Maintain regular communication with Tata Hitachi for technical support, warranty claims, service updates, and compliance with service standards.

Parts Coordination:

Work closely with the spare parts department to ensure the availability of required parts for service jobs and to minimize equipment downtime.

Job Allocation & Monitoring:

Allocate service jobs, monitor job progress, and ensure completion within the defined timelines and quality parameters.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain accurate service records, job cards, warranty claims, and generate reports for internal and OEM audits.

Training & Development:

Identify training needs of the service staff and arrange periodic training in coordination with the OEM to ensure technical competency.

Cost & Budget Management:

Monitor service expenses, control costs, and enhance profitability through efficient operations.

Safety Compliance:

Ensure all service operations follow safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications & Experience



Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in service management, preferably in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or automobile sectors.

Strong technical knowledge of excavators, backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, and related equipment.

Familiarity with Tata Hitachi products and service systems will be an added advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, excel and service management tools/software.
