Oversee the complete service department operations.
Supervise technicians, advisors, and helpers to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
Monitor daily service targets, productivity, and quality of work.
Maintain proper job cards, service records, and warranty claims.
Coordinate with the parts department for availability and issue of spare parts.
Rules and regulations :-
Must ensure all jobs are started and closed on time.
Ensure no vehicle is delivered without quality checking and washing.
Maintain discipline and punctuality in the workshop.
Attend daily morning briefings and plan workload distribution.
Keep service area clean and organized.
Any customer issue must be reported to higher management the same day.
Maintain strong communication with both service advisors and technicians.
