Role Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the service team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment for industrial and railway clients.
Handle escalated technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Plan and manage service schedules, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for smooth execution of projects.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Train, mentor, and evaluate service staff performance.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Willingness to travel for client visits and service operations.
Requirements:
Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in service management, preferably in industrial equipment or railway sectors.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of service standards, safety regulations, and technical processes.
Experience in railway loco service is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office & service management tools.
