Job Description

The Service Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the two-wheeler service department. This includes supervising the service team, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining workshop efficiency, and achieving service revenue targets while upholding high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise daily workshop operations and allocate work to service advisors, mechanics, and technicians. Ensure all vehicles are serviced and delivered on time with proper quality checks. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional service delivery. Monitor service revenue, spare parts usage, and workshop productivity. Coordinate with the Spares Department for the availability of required parts. Implement company policies, service standards, and warranty guidelines. Maintain records of job cards, estimates, and service invoices. Ensure proper documentation for warranty and free service claims. Train and motivate service staff to achieve performance and quality goals. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports for management. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the workshop area. Conduct periodic service camps, free check-up camps, and customer retention activities.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
