Job Description

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective management of service activities, technician performance, and quality standards. This role involves managing service schedules, maintaining equipment, handling customer complaints, and driving service revenue while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and coordinate all service operations, including maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities. Ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers. Manage and mentor the service team, including technicians and support staff. Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving service issues promptly and professionally. Develop and implement service policies, procedures, and quality standards. Monitor service department performance metrics such as turnaround time, productivity, and profitability. Schedule preventive maintenance and track warranty claims. Coordinate with sales and parts departments to ensure smooth operations and customer support. Prepare service reports, budgets, and performance analyses. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost control.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
