Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Service Manager

to lead our technical service operations in the

Telecom and Security Systems

domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with

Panasonic and Matrix systems

, and a strong working knowledge of

CCTV, access control systems, EPABX, and fire alarm systems

. This role requires strong communication, remote access troubleshooting, and team coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee installation, maintenance, and servicing of telecom and security systems. Provide technical support for Panasonic and Matrix systems. Troubleshoot issues related to

CCTV, access control systems, EPABX, and fire alarm systems

. Handle remote access setup and diagnostics for various security solutions. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely resolution of service requests. Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation. Ensure service operations meet quality standards and client expectations. Train and guide junior technicians and support staff. Utilize

MS Office

tools for reporting, documentation, and communication.

Requirements:

Education:

Graduate in any stream (Technical background preferred)

Experience:

3 to 4 years in Telecom/Security Systems service management

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with

Panasonic and Matrix

products Proficient in handling

CCTV, access control, EPABX, and fire alarm systems

Strong understanding of

remote access

tools and troubleshooting Knowledge of networking basics and system integration (preferred)

Computer Skills:

Proficient in

MS Office

(Word, Excel)

Soft Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills Leadership and team management capabilities Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in the
