Position: State Service Head

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer - Solar Pumps

Experience:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled State Service Head to lead our solar pump service operations in Maharashtra state. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of service engineers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints and driving service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of service engineers, Service Partners and Service centers to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.

Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce complaint resolution time.

Conduct regular field visits to monitor service quality, identify areas for improvement, and provide feedback to the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Analyze service data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost optimization.

Develop and manage budgets for service operations, including resource allocation and cost management.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the service team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical / Electronics Engineering or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in service operations, preferably in the solar industry. Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing service teams. Experience in managing service operations in a similar industry (e.g., solar, renewable energy). Knowledge of solar pump technology and troubleshooting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. * Willingness to travel extensively across Maharashtra state.
