Service Manager:
- The Service Manager at our Mahindra showroom will oversee the entire service department, ensuring efficient operations and delivering top-notch customer service. Responsibilities include managing the workshop team, coordinating repairs and maintenance, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring adherence to company and manufacturer standards. The role demands excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to meet service targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Prior experience in the automobile industry, particularly in after-sales service management, is essential. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of optimizing service operations.
Exp. - 5-7 years in the aut City - Port Blair Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering and diploma in automotive technology or any relevant certification in automobile after sales management (optional)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹47,199.20 per month
