We are looking for an experienced

Service Manager - HVAC

to lead and manage our service operations across Odisha. The role involves supervising service teams, ensuring timely installation, maintenance and breakdown support for VRF, Chiller, Ductable and commercial AC systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and engineers. Plan, monitor and execute service schedules for AMC and warranty customers. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and breakdown calls. Coordinate with OEM (Blue Star) for technical support, parts and warranty claims. Maintain service documentation, reports, and customer service records. Conduct site inspections, quality checks and ensure safety compliance. Train and mentor the service team to improve technical competency. Support sales team with technical inputs when required.

Requirements

B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum

5-7 years

experience in HVAC service (VRF/Chiller preferred). Strong leadership, communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to manage field teams and work under deadlines. Knowledge of Blue Star systems is an added advantage.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
