. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the service department, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing the service team, and maintaining high service standards as per company and OEM guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall service operations at the branch.
Supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Monitor daily workshop performance and ensure productivity and efficiency targets are met.
Ensure timely and quality service delivery to customers.
Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions.
Maintain and monitor workshop tools and infrastructure.
Ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines and company SOPs.
Monitor warranty claims, insurance processes, and service campaigns.
Prepare service reports and present to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in an automotive service management role.
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering preferred.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Customer-focused with good communication skills.
