to lead and manage the installation, maintenance, and repair of gym and fitness equipment. The ideal candidate will oversee service technicians, ensure high-quality customer support, manage service operations, and maintain optimal performance of fitness machines across client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise service technicians and field engineers
Plan and coordinate installation, preventive maintenance, and repair of gym equipment
Ensure timely resolution of service calls and breakdowns
Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction
Schedule service visits and manage technician workloads
Provide technical guidance and training to service staff
Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally
Maintain service records, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with sales, spare parts, and operations teams
Monitor inventory of spare parts and tools
Support warranty and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (preferred)
3-7 years of experience in servicing gym equipment, fitness machines, or similar machinery
Strong technical knowledge of treadmills, ellipticals, strength machines, and cardio equipment
Leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Good communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to travel to client sites as required
Basic computer skills (service software, reports, email)
Preferred Experience:
Experience with commercial gym equipment brands
Warranty handling, and service contracts
Experience managing field service teams
