. The ideal candidate will oversee technical service operations, manage teams, ensure timely service delivery, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the service team for IT, MFP & DFM divisions.
Handle end-to-end service operations, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Ensure SLA adherence and quality service delivery.
Coordinate with clients for service requests and escalations.
Provide technical training and support to field engineers.
Maintain service reports and documentation for management review.
Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in IT, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in IT, MFP & DFM services.
Strong technical knowledge of multifunction devices, IT networks, and system configurations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field operations efficiently.
