Job Description

The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the service operations of UPS systems (1kVA-250kVA) and related power conditioning equipment. This includes leading a team of service engineers, ensuring timely and efficient customer support, overseeing installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of Service Engineers to ensure timely and effective completion of service calls and preventive maintenance. Provide technical guidance for troubleshooting, repairing, and testing of UPS systems Manage service operations for UPS systems ranging from

1kVA to 250kVA

, including installation, commissioning, and field support. Conduct

quality assurance and safety checks

on all service work and installations. Plan and execute

project work, site surveys, and installations

for new UPS systems. Maintain communication with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor service requests, ensure timely follow-up, and collect customer feedback. Manage

inventory control

and ensure availability of critical spare parts and materials. Prepare and submit

service reports, performance summaries, and technical analysis

to management. Conduct training sessions for service engineers to enhance technical competency and service quality. Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for warranty claims, technical support, and spare procurement. Ensure adherence to

safety protocols

and company service standards.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
