Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager - Field Service to lead and manage field service operations for Mahindra Construction Equipment. The role involves handling a team of technicians, ensuring timely service support, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company service standards across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the field service team (technicians & supervisors)
Plan and monitor breakdown, preventive maintenance, and AMC services
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and high service quality
Coordinate with customers, dealers, and internal teams
Monitor technician productivity, service MIS, and reports
Support warranty claims, spare parts coordination, and service documentation
Ensure compliance with safety norms and Mahindra service processes
Required Profile
Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
Experience in construction / earthmoving equipment field service
Strong exposure to backhoe loaders, excavators, or similar equipment
Proven team handling and customer management skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned field area
