Meet key performance indicators and targets for the service and parts departments

The Assistant Service manager will report to and work closely with the Service Manager to uphold and improve all aspect of the service center

Our Assistant Service Managers must deliver excellent results and achieve goals quarter after quarter, month after month, on all aspects of customers, people, operations, and financials

Responsible for all aspects of the store's hard parts inventory, parts counter, stock area, and tire room

Manage the effective operation of the parts area in order to exceed expected sales goals of hard parts to retail, commercial and service customers

Under the direction of the Store Manager of Service, assists in various aspects of customer care, work order and register assistance, facility maintenance, and merchandising activities, including tire related stocking

Supervise Drivers in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws

Track sales trends by monitoring KPI's and evaluating various financial reports

When our service manager is unavailable you will oversee service operations

Provide Feedback to management concerning technicians, customers, inventory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
