Oversee daily service workshop operations
Ensure timely job card opening, repair execution, and vehicle delivery
Monitor productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time (TAT)
Ensure adherence to OEM / company service standards
Handle escalated customer complaints and critical cases
Ensure proper explanation of repairs, estimates, and billing
Monitor Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and implement improvements
Build long-term customer relationships and repeat business
Achieve service revenue targets (labor, parts, value-added services)
Control warranty leakages and rework costs
Monitor discounts, approvals, and service profitability
Ensure accurate billing and proper cost allocation
Coordinate with Parts department for availability of fast-moving parts
Avoid vehicle idle time due to parts non-availability
Monitor usage of consumables and special tools

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
