Job Summary

The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire service operations of the showroom, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, efficient workshop functioning, and adherence to quality standards. This role includes managing technicians, handling customer complaints, maintaining service KPIs, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the service workshop and service team Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and delivery of electric scooters Monitor job cards, service schedules, and technician productivity Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution Ensure adherence to service standards and safety guidelines Maintain spare parts availability and coordinate with stores team Monitor service revenue, warranty claims, and cost control Conduct regular training and performance evaluation of technicians Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and professionalism in the workshop Maintain service records, MIS reports, and audit readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Automobile Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical Minimum 3-5 years of experience in two-wheeler service operations (EV experience preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of EV systems, diagnostics, and software tools Good communication and customer-handling skills
