About the Role
iBELL Power Tools is seeking a proactive and experienced Service Manager to lead and oversee our service center operations, including spare parts, receiving, dispatch, and returns. We are looking for a strong leader with hands-on experience in technical service management, preferably in electronics or power tools.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the service department, including service center, spare parts, receiving, dispatch, and returns.
Lead and support departmental heads to address and resolve operational issues.
Manage local spare parts procurement from Coimbatore and Ernakulam.
Monitor inventory levels, assist the spare parts team in planning, and ensure timely order placement.
Prepare and share daily operational reports with senior management.
Ensure adherence to company service standards and drive continuous improvement.
Train, mentor, and guide team members to enhance performance and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
Education:
Diploma/ITI or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in service center operations, spare parts management, or technical service leadership.
Preferred Background:
Electronics, power tools, consumer durables, or similar technical fields.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to coordinate multi-department operations
Good analytical and problem-solving capability
Sound understanding of service operations and inventory management
