Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Manage daily workshop operations and ensure smooth service flow. Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction. Allocate jobs to mechanics and monitor work quality. Achieve monthly service, labour, and spare parts targets. Train and guide service advisors and technicians. Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service/repair. Process warranty claims and coordinate with insurance companies. Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance in the workshop. Monitor technician productivity and job turnaround time. Keep records updated in the Dealer Management System (DMS).

Educational & Experience Requirements



Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering. 5-10 years' experience in two-wheeler service operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
