Lead and develop the service team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
AMC & Preventive Maintenance:
Plan and manage AMC and PM service schedules as per client contracts for kitchens
Service Reporting & Documentation:
Ensure accurate service reports, records, and documentation in line with client requirements.
Client Account Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients at the site, taking ownership of client relationships and ensuring timely resolution of complaints.
Supplier Coordination:
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to address and resolve technical issues related to products.
Expense Control
: Monitor and control expenses related to equipment repairs, maintenance, and spare parts to maximise profitability.
Inventory Management:
Manage inventory for spare parts and accessories across the region, ensuring optimal stock levels.
Training Development:
Create and implement training programs for service technicians to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Proven experience with KEC/managing service operations for commercial kitchen equipment
Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Strong technical knowledge of kitchen equipments, spares, and planning AMCs
Good knowledge to read & understand kitchen layout
Proven ability to lead a team of service engineers with a background in after-sales service
Relevant experience with reputed QSR or hotel chains.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
