Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and high-quality work.
Monitor and manage customer appointments, job cards, and service timelines.
Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Supervise technicians and service advisors; provide guidance and training as needed.
Monitor productivity, quality of repairs, and adherence to manufacturer guidelines.
Coordinate with the spare parts department to ensure availability of required parts.
Ensure proper documentation of service jobs, estimates, and invoices.
Track and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service revenue, labor efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores (CSI).
Manage warranty claims processing and liaison with OEMs.
Maintain workshop equipment and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
