Plan, organize, and monitor end-to-end workshop operations for four-wheelers.
Ensure timely service delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Implement Renault SOPs, processes, and service campaigns effectively.
B. Team Leadership & Workforce Management
Lead, mentor, and supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
Conduct daily toolbox meetings and monthly performance reviews.
Identify training needs and coordinate technical and soft-skill training.
C. Customer Experience & Retention
Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution.
Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores.
Promote repeat service business and customer loyalty programs.
D. Financial & Business Control
Prepare service budgets, control expenses, and improve department profitability.
Monitor labor productivity, spare parts usage, and warranty claims.
Analyze MIS reports and take corrective actions where required.
E. Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure adherence to safety, statutory, and audit requirements.
Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness, and tool/equipment readiness.
Coordinate with Renault regional service teams during audits.
