Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

Oversee the hiring, training, and evaluation of service technicians and advisors.

Service Operations:

Manage the daily flow of service work, including scheduling appointments, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.

Customer Satisfaction:

Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Financial Management:

Manage the service department budget, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities to increase profitability.

Process Improvement:

Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Inventory Management:

Monitor parts and supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure optimal stock levels.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of service department activities, including work orders, invoices, and customer information.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Revenue Generation:

Implement strategies to increase service department revenue, such as developing customer retention programs and promoting additional services.

Pay: ?329,262.43 - ?1,486,422.11 per year
