Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Service Manager - HVAC

to manage service, maintenance, and post-installation support for HVAC systems in

builder and real estate projects

. The role involves handling

VRV/VRF, Chiller plants, AHUs, Ductable units, Ducting systems, and Non-VRF HVAC installations

, ensuring smooth operation, customer satisfaction, and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage HVAC service operations for

builder

Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of:

VRV / VRF systems

Chillers (Air-cooled & Water-cooled)

AHUs & FCUs

Ductable Units & Ducting works

Non-VRF HVAC systems

Plan and execute

preventive & breakdown maintenance

. Lead and supervise service engineers, technicians, and subcontractors. Coordinate with builders, consultants, and site teams for service activities. Attend client complaints, analyze root causes, and ensure timely resolution. Ensure HVAC systems operate as per design, performance, and safety standards. Manage

AMC contracts, warranty services, and handover activities

. Monitor service schedules, spare parts, tools, and inventory. Prepare service reports, MIS, and client documentation. Ensure compliance with

safety, quality, and statutory norms

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong technical knowledge of

VRV/VRF, Chillers, AHUs, Ductable & Ducting systems

. Experience in handling

builder / real estate HVAC service projects

. Good

communication, coordination, and client-handling skills

. Leadership skills to manage service teams and vendors. Ability to diagnose HVAC system faults and implement solutions. Knowledge of

AMC management, commissioning support, and handover

.
Qualifications

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical Engineering or related field. OEM training or HVAC certifications preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,656.38 - ₹46,663.47 per month
