Nandighosh Trading Agency is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Service Manager - HVAC
to lead our service operations across Odisha. The ideal candidate will oversee service teams, ensure timely resolution of customer issues, and maintain high standards of technical excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise HVAC service technicians and coordinators.
Plan, assign, and monitor daily service activities, AMC visits, and breakdown calls.
Ensure timely installation, commissioning, and servicing of VRF, ductable, cassette, split ACs, and refrigeration systems.
Maintain strong coordination with OEMs for warranty claims, technical support, and escalations.
Handle customer interactions professionally and ensure high service quality.
Monitor spare parts inventory, service documentation, and AMC renewals.
Train technical teams and enforce safety and quality compliance.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HVAC service operations.
Strong technical knowledge of VRF, ductable systems, and refrigeration equipment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage customers and service teams effectively under deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
