Hiring " Service Manager" for a reputed smartphone industry
Qualification : Graduate/ PG/ MBA/B-tech : Electronics and telecommunication
Salary : 50k-60k(must be negotiable for right one)
Location: Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata
Experience : Minimum 3 to 5 years experience required in smartphone brand or consumer durables.
Job Profile: 1. To look-after quality customer support and after sales service.
2. Maintaining strong work relationships with suppliers, vendors and manufacturers for defect resolution, repair or replacements.
3. Establishing quality standards for staff to adhere to as part of their daily duties Managing a team of customer service representatives, technicians and support staff to log, resolve and document issues.
4. Training service staff on customer service etiquette and the step-by-step process of providing service to clients and customers, from incident logging to resolution etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
