The Service Manager will be responsible for managing B2B electric two-wheeler service operations, ensuring smooth functioning of multiple hubs, and maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and control service operations across assigned hubs in the South region.
Handle breakdowns and ensure timely technical resolutions.
Maintain service TAT (Turnaround Time) and uphold service quality standards.
Manage and mentor a team of technicians and service engineers.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth fleet operations.
Prepare periodic service MIS, performance reports, and manpower plans.
Monitor spare parts inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Key Requirements
Experience: 5-7 years in B2B EV Two-Wheeler Service Operations (preferred from OEM background).
Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of EV systems and components.
Proficiency in MIS and report generation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple hubs independently.
