Job Title: SERVICE MANAGER || ELV || MEP

Position Overview:

The Service Manager - MEP/ELV is responsible for leading service operations, maintenance, and lifecycle management of MEP and ELV systems across multiple sites. The role focuses on service excellence, SLA compliance, team leadership, client coordination, and technical governance toensure uninterrupted operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead service operations for MEP & ELV systems including Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, PA, BMS, Electrical, Plumbing, Pumps, and allied systems. Plan and execute preventive maintenance, breakdown management, and emergency services. Manage and mentor service engineers, supervisors, and technicians. Coordinate with clients, OEMs, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous service improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards. Monitor SLAs, KPIs, service reports, spares, and cost control Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively in team-based and client-facing environments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering. OEM certifications in Fire Alarm /CCTV/BMS / Access Control preferred. Safety or HVAC certifications are an added advantage.

Skills & Experience

8-12 years of experience in MEP/ELV service operations, with 3-5 years in a leadership role. Strong technical knowledge of MEP & ELV systems. Excellent team leadership, troubleshooting, and client-handling skills. Working knowledge of SLAs, service ticketing systems, and reporting tools
