Job Title: Service Manager

Function: Service Operations

Location: New Delhi / Site Based

Experience- 7+ years

Ctc- upto 10 Lpa (Depends on interview)

Working Days- 6 days

Key Responsibilities

You are responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. You are involved in the integration, configuration, and commissioning of our fiber

-

optic measurement systems. You have gained practical professional experience in a similar working environment and possess solid knowledge of fiber-optic technology. Lead service operations for Distributed fiber-optic systems, and Metro Rail and Road tunnels projects. Manage commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance at site. Handle fiber-optic solutions including cable laying supervision, splicing, OTDR testing, and distributed fiber-optic sensing applications such as DTS and DAS for power cable and asset monitoring. Support PLC, DCS, and SCADA systems, including field integration testing and fault resolution. Configure and support Windows OS, networking, and SQL Server / SQL Express used in fiber optic systems. Prepare and review schematic layout drawings, wiring diagrams, and system architecture drawings as per project requirements. Manage and mentor service engineers, allocate manpower, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with EPC Project Managers, and subcontractors to align service activities with project schedules. Act as the primary technical interface with end users, utilities, and consultants during execution, SAT, and handover. Conduct technical training for customers and internal teams. Ensure proper service documentation, reports, and continuous improvement in service processes.
Technical Skills

Substation Automation Systems (SAS), PLC, DCS, SCADA Fiber Optic Cable Systems, OTDR, DTS, DAS IEC 61850, IEC 60870-5-104, Modbus, SQL Server / SQL Express Windows OS Configuration & Networking Field instrumentation, airflow measurement, differential pressure transmitters, Pitot measurement basics
Experience & Education

7-9 years of hands-on experience in service delivery, commissioning, and site execution for power, Metro & Railways projects. Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering.
