We are on the lookout for experience employee to join our dynamic team !

Responsibilities :

1. Meeting Two Wheeler service customers and noting down their service complaints

2. Handing over job cards to supervisors/ Mechanics

3. Communicating with Service Customers regarding service complaint part change/ Repair Details and cost of Service

4. Handing over the serviced vehicle to customer and ensure that it is properly serviced by Mechanics.

5. Assist spare parts Manager in managing Spares Department

6. Manage Service Mechanics, Ensure they meet their labour targets

7. Make Service function Profitable

8. Manage Service call Centre and ensure maximum service bookings and service Vehicle entry

Qualifications :

1. Minimum qualification is B Tec, Diploma/Degree in automobile engineering

2. 3-5 years of experience in automobile sector is preferred

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
