We're Hiring - Service Manager (Construction Equipment Industry)
Location: Bharatpur, Rajasthan

Industry: Earthmoving & Heavy Construction Equipment

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day service operations for Earthmoving and Construction Equipment. Handle customer service issues with professionalism and timely resolution. Coordinate with technicians and service teams for efficient service delivery. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Monitor equipment performance and plan preventive maintenance. Maintain service records, reports, and warranty documentation. Provide technical support and training to the service team.

Role Requires :

Experience: 5-10 years in Service Management of Earthmovers / Heavy Construction Equipment. Education : B-tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering Strong knowledge of brands like JCB, CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, etc. Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills. Strong team management and leadership qualities. Preferred candidates from local territory (Bharatpur or nearby).

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
