Job Description

- Service Manager - Bakery Key Responsibilities: Operations Management (B2B Focus)
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery production and service workflows.
Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of B2B orders to partner outlets, restaurants, hotels, cafes, and distributors.
Plan and implement processes to support the future rollout of B2C services, including home delivery and retail setups.
Optimize production scheduling, inventory management, and logistics to meet demand with high efficiency.
Develop SOPs and quality control protocols for consistency across product lines. Team Leadership & Training
Train and manage the production and service teams, delivery staff, and service coordinators.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between production, sales, logistics, and service departments. Customer & Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B partners for service-related queries and resolution.
Monitor partner satisfaction, manage feedback loops, and implement service improvements.
Support business development teams by providing operational inputs for client pitches and on boarding

Process & Performance Optimization
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Implement cost-effective strategies while maintaining quality and service excellence.
Support digital transformation initiatives for order management, tracking, and customer engagement tools. Compliance & Hygiene
Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and local health regulations.
Regularly audit the production and delivery process to uphold safety and service standards.

Qualifications: ₹ Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology, Operations, or related field is good but not mandatory.
3- 5+ years of experience in food service operations, preferably in a bakery or food production environment.
Proven track record managing B2B service operations; exposure to B2C operations is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
