Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and manage the service operations of an automobile dealership/workshop. The role focuses on improving service revenue, customer satisfaction, workshop efficiency, and compliance with OEM standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end service operations (workshop, service advisors, technicians)
Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI scores)
Drive service revenue, labor sales, and AMC/service packages
Monitor job cards, turnaround time (TAT), and workshop productivity
Handle customer escalations and service quality issues
Ensure compliance with OEM processes and audit requirements
Manage spare parts coordination with stores
Train, mentor, and evaluate service advisors and technicians
Prepare service MIS, forecasts, and performance reports
Implement safety and quality standards in the workshop
