Job Description

A Service Manager oversees customer service operations, leading teams to ensure high satisfaction, efficiency, and adherence to standards by managing staff, processes, budgets, and customer relationships, focusing on resolving complex issues, improving service delivery, and meeting business goals. Key duties include training staff, setting policies, tracking metrics (like response time), managing service contracts, and liaising with other departments and vendors. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate service staff; provide coaching and performance feedback.

Service Delivery:

Ensure quality service, manage work orders, maintain SLAs, and oversee daily operations.

Customer Relations:

Act as a key contact for complex issues, build strong relationships, and ensure customer needs are met.

Process Improvement:

Develop and implement service procedures, audit processes, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and satisfaction.

Performance & Reporting:

Monitor KPIs (e.g., resolution rates), manage budgets, and generate reports for senior management.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to service strategy, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Core Skills & Qualifications

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of company products/services and customer needs. Budget management and performance tracking abilities. Often requires experience in customer service or management, potentially a degree in business.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
